Justin Labonte walked onto one of the most famous stages in American stock car racing – Lowe’s Motor Speedway in suburban Charlotte, N.C. – and won back-to-back championships in the track’s Summer Shootout Series for racing’s rising stars.  Justin accepts the congratulations of H.A. “Humpy” Wheeler, the speedway’s president and general manager.
